Tuition for the one week at camp is $1,250.00 per camper, all inclusive. A $350 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration with the balance due no later than March 1st. Cancelled reservations are refundable, less the deposit, up to one month prior to the start of camp. All fees are forfeited three weeks prior to the start of camp. Camp starts Monday July 14th, 2025 at 4:00pm ends Sunday July 20th, 2025 at 11:00am. CampCare encourages the families of campers to seek out financial sponsors in their community. A limited number of partial and full camperships are available through CampCare.

Tax-deductible donations to create new camperships and enhance programs are most welcome.

All campers  must submit the prospective camper profile form by October 1, 2024.
